About The Role:

As an Inside Sales Representative at Fresh Tax Solutions, you’ll play a crucial role in guiding our clients through their tax resolution journey. This is more than just a sales job—it’s an opportunity to be a trusted advisor, helping clients find solutions that improve their financial futures. We’re looking for a motivated, solution-oriented sales consultant who is eager to grow, both professionally and personally.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, with both inbound and outbound leads.
• Use engaging scripts to educate potential clients about our services, showcasing the benefits and value we provide.
• Tailor your communication style to connect with clients and meet their specific needs.
• Develop a deep understanding of our programs and services to offer personalized solutions.
• Drive new business growth through proactive outbound calls and emails.
• Maximize client value by identifying upsell opportunities and reinforcing the benefits of our services.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up with clients to ensure they’re satisfied and progressing with their agreements.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
• Apply a consultative approach to explain how our solutions can meet client needs.
• Efficiently manage your schedule to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management, contributing to our team’s success.

What You'll Need To Have:

• At least 2 years of experience in tax resolution.
• A strong drive to succeed, coupled with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to close deals effectively.
• Proficiency with customer information systems and software, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and follow up with clients promptly.
• Problem-solving acumen and the ability to handle unexpected challenges constructively.
• Analytical and mathematical skills that support sound decision-making.
• Initiative and a sense of urgency in driving tasks to completion.
• Independence and the ability to execute tasks with minimal oversight, demonstrating strong decision-making and application skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
