HTG, a growing technical staffing company in Lexington, SC, partners with IT leaders to deliver top talent that drives productivity and supports business goals.

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage the entire recruitment process, build strong client relationships, and mentor junior recruiters. You’ll play a key role in sourcing and placing top talent while driving team and client success.

* This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in our Lexington office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and place candidates for various roles.
• Talent Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networking to find and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Team Collaboration: Mentor junior recruiters and collaborate with account managers to meet client goals.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and advise clients on hiring strategies.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with hiring policies.

Qualifications:

• Recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing agency.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proven success in high-volume recruiting and meeting placement goals.
• Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools.
• Ability to work independently and lead in a fast-paced environment.
