Job Description

Key Role:

Coach a development team on Scrum principles, help the team focus on sprint goals and to achieve their highest performance level, to ensure the Scrum project is successfully progressed. Apply advanced consulting, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor or supervise team members, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working with technology

• 2+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Requirements Analyst role

• Experience with Requirements or Business Analysis

• Knowledge of Jira

• Bachelor's degree

• Scrum Master Certification

Compensation: 
This is a mid-level with compensation of 75,000-$85,000 annually; plus benefits. 

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
