Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile practices and guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. As a Scrum Master, you will be a critical facilitator of Agile processes, ensuring effective collaboration, removing obstacles, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities :

• Guide and coach the team on Scrum and Agile principles, facilitating meetings such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as a servant-leader, empowering the team to self-organize and make the right decisions for successful sprint outcomes.
• Remove impediments that may hinder team progress, coordinating with other departments as needed to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the backlog, ensuring clarity on sprint goals and requirements.
• Track, report, and communicate sprint metrics to stakeholders, providing transparency on team progress and identifying areas for improvement.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, experimenting with processes, and implementing Agile best practices.
• Support team members' growth and development, cultivating an Agile mindset within the organization.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Ability to handle multiple teams or projects simultaneously, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of software development processes and familiarity with Lean or Kanban practices is a plus.
